其预紧变形量均为δa0,当外加轴向载荷Fa作用于轴上后,轴沿Fa方向移动了δa。轴承Ⅱ的外圈在弹簧作用下始终压紧内圈。由于弹簧的刚度与轴承的刚度相比很小,故可以近似地认为,在外加轴向载荷作用下,轴承Ⅰ的变形量增加δa,而轴承Ⅱ的变形量和预紧载荷保持不变。图4定压预紧时的载荷—变形曲线与定位预紧相比。

大于阈值系数不变,而软阈值为小于阈值系数置为0,大于阈值部分减去阈值。从原理上看,去噪的关键在于阈值的选择,合理的阈值能够得到较好的去噪结果。目前常用的阈值为:λ==σ*sqrt(2log(N)),其中σ是噪声强度,N为信号长度。软硬阈值均存在一定的缺陷。因此提出了许多改进算法。如下图1所示,可以通过调整两轴承之间的隔套的宽度以获得一定的预紧量。图1定位预紧当两个相同型号的角接触球轴承成对安装时,其轴向载荷—变形的曲线如图2所示。预紧前,两轴承的内圈与内垫片间存在间隙,施加轴向预紧力Fa0后,轴向间隙消除,轴承内部产生的轴向(预紧)变形δaⅠ、δaⅡ均为δa0。
